Day 1

Lets go through these movements from last week with more weight when you're ready. You know your body better by now, push it where you can.

Don't stop until you're proud.

Day 2

Balance isn't found in the middle, it's found in the pendelum swing of ebb and flow. Back and forth. Up and down. Recover hard so that you can work hard.

Starting strong is good. Finishing strong is epic. - Robin Sharma

Day 3

Keep pushing, you're almost there. Show up for yourself even if you don't feel like it. ESPECIALLY when you don't feel like it.

Regardless of what came before or of what has yet to come, what matters most is how i choose to respond to the challenge before me. Will I lie down or will I fight? the chose is mine and I choose to finish strong. - Dan Green

Day 4

Remember to breathe today. Enjoy the movement, enjoy what your body can do.

Great things never came from comfort zones.

Day 5

Finish today with the enthusiasm and energy you began with, and add in the experience and knowledge that youve gained along the way.

Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment. - Jim Rohn

Day 6

If you've made it to this last day of movement, you're an absolute legend. Move with pride today, not because you deserve it but because you've earned it.

Treat work like cake. Finish it.
