Challenges are gifts that force us to search for a new center of gravity. Don't fight them. Just find a new way to stand - Oprah Winfrey

Day 2

Welcome to Week 2 Day 2! Another week of movement and core. Recovery is as or more important than the workout.

You need to aim beyond what you are capable of. You must develop a complete disregard for where your abilities end. Try to do the things that you're incapable of. - Paul Arden

Day 3

How's it feeling? Can you increase your weights? Is it appropriate yet? You may feel tired but keep moving. It'll get easier, keep showing up for yourself.

Day 4

We distinguish the excellent performer from the common one but saying that the former is the one who makes great demands on themselves, and the latter who makes no demands. - Jose Ortega y Gasset

Day 5

Consistency is key! Hopefully you feel more confident here, lean into the core work.

Are you willing to be uncomfortable for 5 minutes? Exercise is easier once youve started the workout. Conversation is easier once you're already talking. Writing is easier once you're already in the middle of it. But many rewards in life will elude you if you're not willing to be a little uncomfortable at first. - James Clear

Day 6

If you're here today, you're elite. It's easy to start the week strong, but finishing strong is where the exceptional live.

Life rarely changes in a positive way without an increase in responsibility. This can mean taking ownership of your health or comitting to a relationship or starting a business. Whatever it is, if you want your trajectory to change, the amount of responsibility usually has to change - James Clear

Great work! You've made it through the first 2 weeks, time to introduce some new moves. If you're wanting to keep your routine, try repeating an Active Recovery workout. See you soon for Week 3!

Do something every day or two for no other reason than you would rather not do it, so that when the hour of dire need comes calling, it may find you not unnerved and untrained to stand the test - William James
